« The ARC Regatta November 2019

Hundreds of ships participates in the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers, using the Trade Winds to cross the Atlantic from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to Santa Lucia in the Caribbean.

The ships and boats congregate in the Las Palmas Marina (Muelle Deportivo) during October and November in preparation for one of two Launch Dates: the ARC+ fleet starts at November 10th, and will sail via Mindelo, St. Vincent, or Cape Verde, while the ARC fleet departs at November 24th for a direct crossing to Santa Lucia.

ARC has been a yearly event launched from Las Palmas since 1986, and brings together participants from all over the world for a journey that takes about three weeks on open sea. More Information  »
